Louis has extensive knowledge of the area and the surrounding communities throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, the San Fernando Valley, the Westside and all of Los Angeles County. Louis has a strong background in short sales (having closed approximately 5,000 as an asset manager) and foreclosures (managing 70,000 over five years and netting nearly $2.3 Billion in sales). He serves as a trusted advisor throughout every step of a transaction, helping his clients make sound decisions and avoid common pitfalls. Having sold homes in more than 35 states, Louis offers a full breadth of market knowledge and an extensive professional network that has proven invaluable to his clients. Bringing both of his real estate teams to eXp in Virginia and California, Louis has been recognized locally and nationally among the leaders in each brokerage he has worked at earning brokerage’s prestigious Triple Platinum designation for his impressive sales volume and impeccable customer service.

Louis began his real estate career in 2006, initially focusing on the second-home and vacation market. However, in 2008 the industry started to change, and he quickly realized there would be a growing need for real estate experts to help homeowners facing a wide range of hardships. As a charter member of a small real estate firm, Louis and his team became a nationally known presence, implementing innovative systems and technology that helped thousands of homeowners facing default and dealing with the national mortgage crisis. The firm was soon awarded several multi-million dollar contracts to help the U.S. government liquidate their real estate portfolio and maximize recovery for the nation. In 2010, Louis received a Public Trust Security Clearance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. In pursuit of measures to protect homeowners from harassment and abuse by debt collectors, he received his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act certification in 2011. He also holds certifications in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. In 2019 Louis earned his Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and became a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has been awarded the prestigious CLHMS™ designation and simultaneously earned the GUILD™ recognition. An avid NFL and NBA fan, when Louis isn’t representing clients in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his child, vacationing on tropical islands, attending personal development seminars, dining out and going to the beach. He previously served as Vice President of Training & Leadership for the Burbank Coordinating Council and on the committee for Education and Membership for the Burbank Association of Realtors. You will frequently find Louis volunteering at various events around Fairfax County with organizations like Opportunities, Alternatives, & Resources (OAR) and in Loudoun County volunteering to help raise funds for organizations like the Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter ( or more commonly known as LAWS). In Los Angeles, he has volunteered for firms like the Family Service Agency (FSA) to assist them with their continued pursuit of steady improvement of our society and civilization. Louis and the FSA are true believers in human progress the accountability we each have to leave this world in a better place. Donations from each transaction are received by local organizations like the Burbank Animal Shelter and ASPCA.
